"Very very dusty and dirty, family got very sick from allergies. Changed rooms 3 times. Hotel has very poor customer service. Hotel restaurant floors are filthy, glasses smell fresh etc. Same breakfast every day for 3 weeks. Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel and they do not prioritise customers booking from third party vendors like Expedia. Staff unwilling to assist and pretends to be clueless despite sending e-mails to "managers". I do not recommend staying here for the price. ...

"The hotel was ideal for our short stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and we had a good nights sleep before we went out and explored the city. The only negative for me was the food in the restaurant, it wasn’t great for vegetarians."
