Very helpful staff in hotel and restaurant. Food was excellent, very knowledgeable staff, I am gluten free so this was especially helpful. Hotel is in a great location and not too noisy. Lovely stay would use again.

Incredible hotel for the money. Exceptional facilities and amazing restaurant included in the hotel! Staff helpful and attentive! Great location if travelling from Dublin Airport, especially if going via the toll road - only 14 minutes on my return journey to the Airport!

I stayed here with a friend and had an amazing time! There were plenty of dining options right inside the hotel, and the views from the upper levels were stunning. We stayed in the cozy room—it was incredibly comfortable, though perhaps a little too cozy for sharing with a friend—but overall, it was wonderful. Next time I return to Dublin, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The swimming pool and gym were exceptional—truly impressive for a hotel located in the city center.

This is a bias review because I brought my kids. I will start by saying the staff, hotel, and amenities were really nice! However, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone bringing children with them. All the restaurants are always booked and they only allow kids under 16 to use the pool for very limited hours during the middle of the day. Also, if you rented a car for your trip absolutely do not stay at this hotel, the parking situation not convenient at all (it is off site and a good walk, plus they charge a hefty price per night). Again, overall the hotel was very very nice, but absolutely not a good hotel for children.

Convenient location, a 20min walk to the temple bar area. Spacious townhouse suite. Unfortunately the bar below was very loud, as we could hear the music in our room. In addition, the shower drain was very poor, and you were left in standing in several inches of water by the time you were done. Only there one night, but the attached restaurants were always busy. Would stay again in a different room.

Staff / Team very friendly and helpful. Quirky & boutique style in all areas. Good choice of in-house restaurants and bars with views over canal / harbour. Fab gym, sauna etc and very clean.
