"The room was super clean,convenient. Had everything needed super close to the lake. Seeing in person was even than online. The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll definitely come back A+++++"

"This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! One major issue I want to mention, for families with young kids, is the spiral staircase to the loft. The spacing of the guard rails is so wide that even our 4 year old could have slipped right through and there's a major drop to the lower level - terrifying to...

"Property could use an update. Mattresses were lumpy and carpet was stained and dirty. The property wasn’t super clean. Cobwebs on the balcony and inside smelled musty and dank. Other than that, it was good "

"Room was clean and as described. Beautifully decorated. Adequate beds for 6. I did ask about whether the jacuzzi tub worked, did not get a response. I have a suggestion. It would be nice to add a reading light in the master. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of dishes, mugs, cooking things . We didn’t realize there was a larger oven downstairs. But we enjoyed it. "

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "
