"The Peppertree Inn is an older property, however, it is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and Casey (met at check-in), was very helpful. There is an elevator so getting up to the higher floors was easy (there are 7 total). Checking out was convenient with a locked box on the outside of the office. "Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor.
