"Good stay"

"This is our second time staying at Edgelake and we love staying in these condos by the lake instead of a tiny hotel room. Relaxed home away from home style stays that help save money from eating out on vacation with the full kitchen. This unit was a little outdated and we couldn't control the temperature, which oddly enough meant we were to hot all night. Nothing wrong with the beds, per se, but not too my liking and I didn't sleep well. But it's literally on lake Tahoe and close to Northstar...

"This place was great overall. Very quiet, comfy and convenient. Just an FYI, the pull-out bed sags and there was a pee stain on the mattress in the bedroom. I would upgrade both or at least buy a mattress cover for the queen. "

"The positive: view was amazing, we had everything we needed to cook. Large fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes & flatware. Negatives: although the finishes were nice, slate and granite, the condo is showing age. Carpet had visible stains, hole in the wall in main area, wallboard in upstairs bathroom is bubbling. Beds not very comfortable. Fairly clean, I noticed things left under the couches (a ping pong ball and bottle cap) Although I’d return, I might look for a different unit...

"Overall the studio was very nice and the village area is gorgeous. This would be a 9 or even 10 out of 10 if it had air conditioning because it does get very hot and you simply cannot be in the room during the day with the portable fan the room has. We went in the summer so this will be a non-issue in the winter. A kitchenette would also be nice to have.
