There were ants all over the kitchen area. Found mouse feces in the beds. Pool was like a swamp with two by fours floating in it. Ice machine was nonfunctional and has mold inside. Hot tub was nonfunctional. Advertised game room/arcade was just a ping pong table and room was riddled with trash.

It was an easy check in and nice area to stay. Close to the beach and easy access for skiing. The hotel is very old and quite run down. The cleanliness could definitely be better. Our bedding had a decent amount of hair in it.

Staff were very friendly and almost feel bad writing this but people should know that, at least in my room, there were bed bugs. I saw at least two when I woke up in the morning.

Very close to everything. Kings Beach is a pleasant short walk away. The burger joint next door is tasty and convenient. Many other dinning and drinking options are nearby.

The property's location is great: very quiet and safe and next to beach. I booked a double bed room and got a room with an upper loft, and there are totally four beds in the unit. The owner is super nice and professional.
