"On the second day, the staff was so rude, i kept waiting and waiting while she was on the phone casually talking and I know it was not business related. They told me they were out of towels on the third day. On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. And by night time when I called the receptionist, he said, oh its because my room was not on their list. I will never book this type of place ever again"

"The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that...

"Room was run down and the air didn't work right. 2 towels for 4 people small flat pillows and no extras"

"The first room they offered had terribly musty odor. They gave us another room. The towels were badly stained. Front desk staff replaced with clean ones. Breakfast area had ceiling tiles missing."

"A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges."

"The only problem that I seen there was no microwave in the room and the breakfast was not up to standards. I think breakfast should be more than cereal and honey buns I understand that it's a financial thing. It's just my opinion cause a lot of them don't serve any breakfast but if it's offer I think it should be more.Other then that the staff took care of any situation that occurred and very helpful and professional."

"The check in clerk couldn’t be heard because there wasn’t a hole in the glass to speak though. The room smelled so foul from the stale cigarette smoke. Roaches were crawling on the back of the door. I have never seen such a disgusting room! I immediately checked out and drove to another hotel."

"The sound in the rooms was very loud, I could hear everything that was being said in the other room and it really interfered with my rest. The room was cleaned, but not well. The TV was dirty and there was a lot of dust. I like this hotel chain, but I didn't like this one."

"Managers were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was overall cleaned but bathroom needed more attention (shower and floor). Lighting seemed to be fluorescent, regardless it was blindingly bright. Overall, an older property that has been updated relatively well."
