We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. "I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated."

"Amazing and friendly staff. Clean room but few concerns like gas knobs are ‘loose’, kitchen sink was clogging (quickly resolved after a request to Neil, the receptionist), bad quality ladle and spatula, dishwasher had some dirt, not so good WiFi. Apart from these things it was a wonderful stay."

"The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again.
