"We really enjoyed our night here! It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. You can see the ferris wheel of The Island from your room, as well as the wax museum. The buffet that is included at Wood Grill was delicious and had a great variety. The pool is large and there is also a kiddie pool if you have little ones with you. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect. There is also a game room and a little gift shop there. The workers were nice as well. We'd stay...

"Beautiful! Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Nice beds. Lots of food options. Internet is not free. You'll need tip money for bellhop service and valet parking. We had an amazing time! Hope you do too!"

"It was perfect! Having small children and being able to keep a close eye on them is most important, and here, we were able to do that, unlike other places in the area that are just too big. We all had a great time at their waterpark and plan to return again. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and staff are super nice!. "

"This hotel’s location is ultra-convenient, and the river running directly in front of it is beautiful. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is nice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The bathroom is on the small side, which may present some difficulty for anyone assisting a small child with bathing. It wasn’t a problem for our family, though. Would stay here again."

"Walkable to all of the “the strip” as I like to call it, which is super convenient, but it’s far enough away to not feel constantly surrounded by crowds when you’re at your room. Super close to the National Park and easy to access. We saw a bear from our balcony two separate nights which was also super cool. "

"Walking distance to the heart of Gatlinburg but far enough we could still enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Jessica was knowledgeable and recommended great places for our 1st visit. "

"We loved the 3rd floor rooftop pool. Lots of seating in and outside of the pool. Great having the common room on the main floor to relax or gather a group. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and the kitchenettes had a lot of amenities. Only downfall was that there were no “black out” curtains in our kitchenette area with the pull out couch (which was being used) so it was quite bright in the morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again for sure! "

"First time for three "older ladies" they were very caring and compassionate. Great customer service remembered names and lots of smiles. The rooms and hallways were very clean. The breakfast was also good. The pool was nice. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return."

"This place is great. I only wish the pool was open during my stay. There’s a bus you can take downtown or you can just walk to Broadway which I did a number of times. The pancake machine you can use for the included breakfast is fantastic and the other food items are adequate. The room was quiet and had a nice look to it.
