"Quiet and clean"

"Facility is new and clean. How ever, the quality of construction is poor."

"The night clerk was rude, did not even direct us toward our room or tell us anything of where to find ice etc. the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. No water pressure in the shower. The blackout shade was too small for the window. Breakfast was pathetic, the only offering were a basket of apples and a waffle maker"

"I did not have one towel or cloth in my room whatsoever and I went to the counter in the morning and I only asked for a towel so I could dry off and they told me to bring down my old ones. We wait for you to bring dirty ones, and then give you more I told her I don’t have any dirty towels because there is not even one towel in my room. She said really are you sure I said yes please give me a towel. I’m going to be late for work and she said well. Let me talk to my boss. Oh there she is about to...

"The first room they offered had terribly musty odor. They gave us another room. The towels were badly stained. Front desk staff replaced with clean ones. Breakfast area had ceiling tiles missing."

"A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges."
