The property is high end and the staff is kind, well trained, and very accommodating. The hotel's restaurant is very good. We had breakfast and dinnwr there. The city's Viaduct Harbor with all of its dining and shopping options are also in walking...

"Our room was good, but front side of building does get road noise & we had an external deck but no chairs to sit on outside with the table Hotel isn't quite set up for a full house that all have showers around the same time as the hot water ran out. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and housekeeping were great. "
