"This is a wonderful hotel centrally located. The location is wonderful, the building new and clean and the staff amazing! I arrived here from the Intercontinental in Brisbane, which was dirty, stinking and rundown. I was so disappointed with the Intercontinental in Brisbane, I almost cancelled my reservation. This hotel is so different it must be run by a different division or company."

"早朝フライトのために1泊しました。空港からホテルへの送迎は電話が必要なため、少しハードルが高いですが、Domestic 2person　のような形でも迎えにきてくれたので、現地で電話を使える人であればそこまで大変な思いはせずに空港送迎を利用できると思います。チェックインの際に、早朝の何時の送迎車に乗りたいか確認されます。バスの乗車人数を記録して采配しているわけではないので、同じ時間帯に乗りたい人がたくさんいると早い者勝ちで乗っていくことになり、待ち時間が発生します。少し余裕のある時間で送迎を楽しむのがよいと思います。 部屋自体は広く、バスタブがあったのが一番嬉しかったです。久しぶりに入浴でき、温まりました。アメニティもそろっていて、NZのホテルでは珍しくシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープの３点が備えつけられていました。お湯も問題なく、必要な備品がすべてそろっています。 快適なホテル滞在でして、次回も早朝時は利用したいと思っています。"

"Very pleased with the cleaning staff; I got lost coming out of the lifts to go to my room and was helpfully redirected by one of the ladies on her cleaning rounds. Staff were polite and courteous. The wait at check-in took a while as a lot of people arrived at the same time; my turn was treated with the utmost courtesy and apologies."

"Place was great to stay, easy and helpful staff. The line to check out was so long though, we ended up using express however that meant we couldn’t mention the Expedia rewards so I had to chase up a refund. Other than this great stay"

"The Room was large However poorly maintained the TV is old and will not allow streaming. The lobby is incredibly noisy and reverbarates up the center of the hotel through the walls of every room. There was a large conference. No breakfast included everything charged at a premium. Not a good value for money."

"I recently stayed at JW Marriott Auckland and was disappointed by the overall experience, which did not meet the standards typically associated with the JW Marriott brand. Service levels were inconsistent and appeared understaffed. During check-out, I called for assistance with luggage, but no one arrived despite the urgency of our departure.
