1) The good bits * Warm welcome * Good and clean large room * Nice and friendly housekeeping staff - they showed us where our room was as we got lost in the maze of rooms and corridors 2) The not so good bits * The extractor fan in the bathroom is permanently on, noisy and whines terribly and the bathroom door squeaks badly making it impossible to use it without waking up your partner * The buffet in the evening was ok but not great. Soup was very watery, and the hot food options were only warm not hot. I wouldn't recommend it.

Our room was on second floor, no lift. Thought we were paying for garden room not a view of parking area. In the middle of industrial area. Worst spot we’ve ever booked but saved by beautiful staff wasted there.
