"This trip was one of the best stays in a long time. From the front desk check-in, to the check-out, the stay was absolutely amazing. My family and I were there to celebrate my mom and dads 60th wedding anniversary (although we lost him almost two years ago), the entire staff were accomodating. We were unable to get one of the meeting rooms, but the manager Lauren, and her staff, Tacynea, Cody, Jahdia the attendant in the kitchen, the housekeeping, the male desk clerks, the entire staff made...

"When they found out that I was a Hilton Honors Gold, they upgraded my room to the highest floor and had a sofa bed. They also offered me either extra points or access to the Executive Lounge. I chose the Lounge. It had good breakfast foods."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel. It's a great location when visiting Columbus and is near concert and sporting event arenas/venues. There is also a shopping mall and many restaurants near the hotel. The suites are well maintained, clean and quiet! The included breakfast is very good with lots to choose from. "
