"We loved staying here. We have had the best experiences with Drury.Great breakfast with many options to pick. Also great Kick-back small meal at dinner time. Clean room, wonderful staff, quiet and convenient location to the Columbus Zoo. They originally gave us a king bed, when we requested two queens. Was traveling with my daughter. They corrected that once we informed them our room wasn't correct."

"My stay at the Townplace Suites was wonderful. The hotel is in a great part of Columbus and it's very safe. The hotel itself is very clean and we had no complaints on that front. The staff was very kind at check-in and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also wonderful and had a great variety for the start of the day. If you're looking for a place to stay, you will not regret staying here."

"The check in was fast. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We were not in our room or at the hotel much. Our room could have been a bit cleaner. There was dirt and cobwebs under the bathroom sink and hair in the shower. Other than that, our stay was great!"

"All of the team members were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled and painted. Lisa is incredible as property manager. The pool was very nice. The only issues were more age related of the property. The door on one of the bathrooms wouldn't close properly. The bath gel in the shower was empty. Maid service was only every two weeks. We would stay here again."
