The night clerk who checked us in was extremely friendly! Room looked newly renovated. Very clean and spacious. Convenient location to the Columbus airport. Very good value for the money. We would definitely stay again.

Staff treated us well. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great. The shower control handle was not fastened and fell into my hand making it difficult to control water temperature. Lighting was poor and and an entire lamp was missing from one of the beds.

Very nice, clean & quiet (although we were there during the week). Shower has one grab bar on the far side of the tub, which is at least 5’ from the sink & toilet. No free breakfast.

I left two blouses in my closet and the general manager found them for me a shipped them back to me. Totally professional and happy to help. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy! Would definitely stay again! Also, great restaurants right there.

The first room I was in the refrigerator had a high pitched hum that I knew I couldn’t tolerate. They moved me to another room and the heater in that room didn’t work. So they moved me again, and kindly helped me with my belongings. I found out the next day the hairdryer didn’t work, but the housekeeper was able to swap that out. I went down for coffee at 7:30 on Saturday morning and the Bistro wasn’t open. I did not order or eat from there any other time so don’t know if that was a rare occurrence. The room itself was nice and the bed comfortable. Personnel were friendly and helpful. But it seems as if the maintenance of the rooms has not been kept up.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were nice and friendly, the pool was great my kiddos loved it. The rooms were nice the beds are comfortable and soft, my husband really loved the patio. Overall all it was a good place to stay! We’ll be back soon!
