"We came here for a quick family getaway. Spent 2 nights and will never stay at this property again. Rooms were extremely small. Only 1 option for a king bed. No tissues, no conditioner for hair, no outdoor pool, half of the indoor waterpark activities were closed. No real option for food. Very disappointing and not how it looks online!"

"We enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for our family to do. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids, and the location made it easy to enjoy Cedar Point while still having a relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting the area."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"Hot tub and pool were so over chlorinated that it discolored my expensive swimsuit (that had been worn in multiple other pools). Indoor pool was not heated, cold. Breakfast was okay, waffle iron and sausage patties were the best. Housekeeping staff was by far the nicest we've ever experienced. When we had issues with our key being desensitized (even when keeping it away from other cards and electronics like we were told to), there was no help at the front desk for sometimes 30-45 minutes."

"The wi-fi did not work at all during the evening that we stayed here, so I wasn't able to get any work done on my laptop. When I called the front desk to ask about it, they said they were "working on it" but it was never fixed by the time we checked out the next morning. The window in our room was a hand-cranked window and it would not close all the way, so there were a few bugs that kept getting inside our room. On the bright side, the breakfast was pretty good and it was convenient to Cedar...
