"Great! Me and the kids found it amusing."

"The room was very clean but smelled like someone cooked fish in the microwave. The tub did not drain properly and unfortunately due to the weather the staff in the water park had to rush out and left the music on till 12:30 in the morning. Checking out was easy peasy and the screens on the balcony was amazing especially at peak bug season. all in all I would consider staying again but not at over $500/night"

"We stayed at the kidcabin for 7. There are 6 of us. While the name is Kid Cabin, there is no indication that some of the beds are for little kids only…My tall child had to sleep with his feet outside the bed. There is like no sound insulation in the room too. I was inside the area with the bunk bed and could hear my family whispering through the wall like there is no barrier at all. And we can hear other customers opening and closing their doors. Many times, the sound made me think someone...

"I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was."

"I reserved a room 5 months ago that came with breakfast, but when I checked in, I learned that the kitchen was being upgraded and that there would be no breakfast. I also brought my swimsuit but learned that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning."
