"We had such a great time at GWL! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious and so fun for the kids in their kid camp bunk beds. There was no shortage of activities to partake in. We had such a blast! "

"This is a beautiful hotel from the online pictures. When I was unable to attend and attempted to cancel over 48hrs in advance, I was transferred between departments for days with a (Will respond within 72 hours). Still have not received response or refund. Would not recommend. "

"I arrived on a Friday it was busy but we got checked in immediately the lady at the front desk greeted me assured I had a nice room and if I needed anything feel free to let staff know I got to my room which was on the 31st floor it was nice and clean with a beautiful view it was an amazing stay will return again "

"I wish the breakfast option was full made to order only the omelette option was fresh made to order. The breakfast buffet wasn’t bad but I would have preferred made to order verse buffet style. I was extremely disappointed at waking up on the morning of my departure and there being no hot water. Don’t really understand the placement of the bed in the room they put this big white headboard but it’s on an angle so it takes away from the space in the room. The bed was super soft though. "We left same day as check in because of bed bugs. Pool decent sheets clean but still bed bugs. Requested a refund- no reply yet "

"I asked house keeping for a towel and they told me to ask the front desk. We could hear the elevator moving while trying to sleep. I just was craving a Diet Coke and when I asked the front desk if she knew where I could get one she replied NO .. no breakfast, the restaurant was closed. Hell it was difficult to get a cup of coffee "

"Room was quiet enough. Comfy bed, pillows were subpar. Breakfast is very basic, no hot food provided for free. First morning they ran out of coffee before 7am? It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either."

"Stayed for two nights. Overall a good option when staying in downtown Cleveland. Close to most things downtown Cleveland. People at the front desk, while knowledgeable, can be a little more people friendly. The room was good overall. Would stay again."

"The room I was initially put in had a leaking faucet and broken lamp, but the desk staff addressed this problem immediately by putting me in another room. Location is excellent, and the Art Deco decor of the lower floors is beautiful. "

"The property was nice. You could here people walking on the floor above and other people opening a closing their doors. My biggest issue was that I had to contact the front desk to have the door fixed so it would actually close and lock"
