Great location to The King of Clubs venue
Big room
Full sized fridge and microwave
Kitchen area was great
Great TV
Sparkling clean room
No Carpet
Cons:
Booked using Expedia and paid in full which should have made it a hassle free check-in. Front desk clerk asked me for payment I said I paid in full. she said they don't have payment. I had to pull up the app, find my receipt and then hand her my phone for her to see, then see sat there and scrolled on her computer some more and said, well you may have paid Expedia but they haven't paid us. So, you have to pay us and get your money back from them. I said, well that isn't right, you work with them, I'm the customer and stuck in the middle, I paid in good faith that it would make my check-in fast and hassle free. She said I can't give you a room key without payment and deposit. I was stuck and we had to change to get to a show so I gave her my card and planned to call Expedia immediately, so when she ran my card, the payment miraculously showed up. She said looks like they just needed to scan my card to show I arrived and then Expedia released the money, which is all well and good, but how did she not know that was the policy? My check in was anything but fast and hassle free. Awful first impression.
No ice in ice machine that night or next morning
Tried to make coffee in the a.m. and coffee maker was missing the pod holder, not a big deal, room service brought one, but thought I would mention it
Would stay here again
