"They seem to have staffing issues. But...my, what a wonderful hotel. Great history or pop culture lessons posted in the hallways. A grand building with lovely furniture and wonderful staircases. We just took a simple room, which lacked chairs, no micro and no mini fridge. The hotel itself (with the bargain price) more than made up for this. Quiet part of town, little noticeable guest noise too. All in all, a wonderful find."

"Extremely clean room, very scenic, quiet, excellent location in my opinion, although it is north in part of Albuquerque. Absolutely gorgeous. There is a spa at this location. There’s golf course there is walking sidewalks extremely beautiful.!! finally come the staff very helpful, very nice."

"There were dirty towels from a previous guest hanging on the bathroom door. The flooring in the room was poorly installed and loose. I had to wipe up a spill of water and it was also filthy. The continental breakfast was very substandard. Very limited selections and no water or juice."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Isleta Resort & Casino. I am traveling from out of state (Texas), and at approximately 10:45 PM I was asleep in my hotel room when I was suddenly woken up by loud banging on my door. Multiple police officers were outside my room due to a concern security had from earlier in the day. At no point did hotel staff or the front desk attempt to contact me directly or address the situation before escalating it to law enforcement. Instead, I was...

"The check in staff was very helpful and made the process easy. The hotel has a restaurant and bar/entertainment area. They have events every night which made it very convenient for a fun night out. Bri and Greg from the bar were excellent bar tenders. Don’t be afraid to ask them questions or recommendations on drinks, they are very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, my fiancé and I will definitely be back:)"
