Hotel berdekatan Universiti New Mexico

"This is my third stay at the Imperial, and that says it all. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Love the vibe!"

"First, Id like to say the hotel was great. It's a beautiful place to stay. Rooms spacious, super clean, and really a unique feel. My only issue was some verbiage I heard from staff. I had called regarding a charge prior to visit , when it was stated "pay at property". It was explained it is a hold, which is fine, but was also mentioned that "that's why they dislike expedia and third party sites, cause no one knows what's going on". I then , during my visit, heard an employee say to another...

"Not even 5 minutes into the hotel and there was cockroaches right by our door. The manager promises refunds but when Expedia calls for verification they don’t answer!! Never again staying her a waste of time and money"

"The pool and hot tub were okay. Pool was a salt pool and hot tub was not very warm but great jets."

"Room was clean and comfortable"

"Nice room, clean. Hotel was close to restaurants and easy access to I 25. Only had one breakfast but it too was good. This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. Will stay here again when I visit Albuquerque"

"Amazing place to stay. Clean and very hygienic. We’ll stay there again!"

"Front desk staff were very professional, polite and friendly"

"Great place to stay but the parking was a disaster. The map was difficult to read and staff didn’t notify us that a street was closed to get to the only parking lot that wasn’t full. Would pay extra if they offered valet just cause the different parking garages are very confusing."

"Zazz is jazzy and fun! Easy checkin and a funky east central vibe. The well-appointed motel room was the perfect balance of exotic and local, low rider and jalopy, speakeasy and bright neon. What a night!"

"Good location"

"Breakfast was excellent."
