"Close to the plaza. Room air conditioner didn't work. Toilet flapper leaked and toilet ran all night off and on. Lighting was dark. 32" tv's,..really??? $350+ for a night,..what a joke. No breakfast. Packaged Muffins like you buy at a convenience store. Don't stay here, ever. They should be embarrassed for themselves."

"The hotel is an old hotel with a fresh coat of paint, It is not very nice, but good enough to spend a couple of nights. The staff is amazing, they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. But the people who stay at this place are very varied and in this I did not like the hotel. Alot of people you could tell that like us, they where there for the nature and trails, but alot of people looked like vagrants or junkies. The area overall seemed a little sketchy, overall a good stay...

"Always stay at St. Francis 1-2 x/year. Great staff and fantastic location. This time had room with renovated bathroom and lighting system. Light sensors & switches didn’t function appropriately. Notified staff - electrician will need to redo all light switches."

"The hotel was ok, nothing to brag about. You have to pay $25.00 a day for parking, WiFi & coffee. We did not use their internet or had their coffee. We did not have a choice we had to park our car in their parking lot. I have never had to pay for those services in any other hotel."

"Certainly dated. Great location. Weird shower. One slider is sealed so you have to reach way in to turn the shower on. There’s no way to do this without getting sprayed with cold water. Was a fun surprise."

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. I really enjoyed the roof top bar, happy hour and buffet breakfast. I stayed in a beautiful patio room."

"The best thing about this hotel is the pool but you can’t check in until 4 and check out is at 11 am. So I. September a one night stay simply isn’t worth it because mornings are cool and the sun is going down by the time you can actually use the pool. Otherwise this is just a standard hotel room that still has popcorn ceilings"
