"We booked a King sized bedroom online but the staff gave us two queen size bed and the bedsheets were crumpled:-) We used to stay with Embassy suites whenever we go on vacation because we like their suite room and good service but this time we were disappointed and we're not happy with our stay:-("

"Location is convenient for attractions and shopping, Had an issue with the shower draining and a staff member came and fixed the issue almost immediately. There was also an issue with the air conditioner which was also handled quickly and effectively by maintenance. Also liked the outdoor seating and the pool area is great. The beds were very comfortable and I felt very at home in our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santa Fe."

"Power went out as soon as I checked in. Was not able to get into the room until later. Missed using the pool or using the restaurant. Our room got hotter as the evening progressed. Started at 72 and by morning it was almost 80. Shower was good, but the toilet barely flushed."
