This facility was fabulous. The rooms were large and very clean. The on site restaurant was reasonably priced, good food and the decor was top notch. The outdoor pool and bar were wonderful. Pool was clean, outdoor servers were responsive to your needs and the bar was well equipped for all your poolside drinks. Don’t pass up a chance to stay at the ElDorado Hotel and Spa.

Loved the whole feel of this historic hotel and its great staff. One bedroom suite was perfect for 2 women,2 beds and a living room and deck ! Super great pool deck, fast elevators. Loved the walkability to plenty to do for 5 days without a car. We'll be back!

The entire staff (especially Maria and Art at the front desk, Vernon and staff at Valet, the Pool staff, and the Agave Restaurant staff) were totally out to help and make our stay pleasant. So much improvement over the poor staff at the Drury! Our only regret is that everything in Santa Fe closes up and they roll up the streets at 4:00 p.m. What a shock!

Hot room - terribly dark bathroom - no water pressure. No room service - breakfast at eight!! Go somewhere else that caters to guest instead of groups.
