It took more than 30 minutes for a maid to show up, speaking no English. She was unable to verify our reservation despite showing her the email with confirmation number. It took another 15 minutes until they finally handed us the room keys. Room was small, broken light bulbs, rock hard bed. Water heater cannot be properly adjusted, either too hot or not really...
