"The building was nice and clean but I was unable to get into my hotel the first night I was there and had to rent another hotel for the night and had to pay for it and would like to be re inburst asap."

The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. I lock everything and make sure the door is locked ( afterall my valuables were in there) so I know I didn't...

"Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here."
