The front desk insisted that I ordered the breakfast which I did not. Also, I ordered a king-sized room with two twin beds but the lady insisted that I ordered a king-sized room with one bed! We had to move up and down five times before the matter was resolved (after I showed them the picture in the Web site)
The location is good though, right next to One Bangkok MRT station. I would say that is is not a 5 Star hotel but 4 star only!
