"Great Hotel, great facilities, great staff from Reception to Ort tea room, the lifeguards & Gym staff, the onsen spa staff too many names to mention but everyone was so nice to deal, I will be back and I will advise anyone going to the area who wants more on site facilities than the norm then Grande Space is it. "

"We had an incredible stay at the Intercontinental Pattaya! The staff truly deserves all the credit – they were everywhere, always attentive, and every single one of them made our experience special. Getting around the beautiful, serene resort was a breeze with their amazing golf carts. We enjoyed every meal and drink, each one delicious and memorable, especially the fantastic happy hour deals. The three beautiful pools are a real highlight—each offers a different vibe, and all are perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The setting is peaceful and feels like a sanctuary away from all the craziness of Pattaya. We took the private boat tour to the island, went snorkeling, and had a wonderful lunch at Ko Tien—highly recommend this experience! A special thank you to the team for going above and beyond for my husband’s birthday, decorating our room beautifully and surprising us with a gorgeous cake. We would absolutely recommend this resort and can’t wait to return! "

"酒店位置很便利，設施及餐廳都很棒。雖然泳池水溫偏冷，但小朋友在泳池渡過開心的時光，有救生員加分。遊戲室的活動豐富，即使不想手作也可打電動。美中不足是清潔人員及接聽電話員工英文能力需加強，因為小朋友半夜bedwetting，請房員重新鋪床但無法理解我的意思，有點無奈…."

"Had a great stay at the hilton. Room was clean and bed was soft. My only complaint is the tv. This is a super morden hotel and they that these old flat screens come on hilton. No netflix or you tube app. We all know thailand have no channel options for American. Now to be fair the tv had some type of stream from your phone option. But it barely wored, if it wasnt error out it gave you some weird viewing aspect smh. At pount i juat gave up. I know must people dont sit around inntge hotel. But there are rest times where you wannna just chill and watch some you tube. "
