"ホテルそのものの評価、部屋の作りや、サービス、食事の質・量、雰囲気など、は非常に評価は高いですが、唯一喫煙所の設置に再考の余地ありかと思います。喫煙所に関しては、大浴場のあるサウス棟のエントランス脇にあり、喫煙者のいるところから大きな扇風機でサウス棟入口方面に風を送るため、入口付近ににタバコの煙が来て、場合によってはサウス棟の中、または大浴場にまで臭いがしています。ホテルを快適にするため、喫煙室の場所を変えるべきであると思います。 The hotel itself, the room layout, service, food quality and quantity, and atmosphere, is excellent. My wife had an injury to her ankle while on vacation and the staff at this hotel went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and taken care of for several days while she healed up.
