"We stayed at Atlantis for seven days, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing considering the cost and reputation of the resort. For our entire seven-day stay, a significant portion of the resort and its amenities were either closed or only partially operating. This included major water amenities, portions of the water park, pools, and multiple restaurants. "I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the resort. I would like for there to be more activities on the resort and more lighting during the night. It would also be good if the pool area stayed open longer than 10 pm."

"Tanto las habitaciones y la propiedad en general están bien cuidadas y limpias. El hotel es inmenso y hay muchas cosas para hacer. Sin embargo el buffet me decepcionó. Muy básico y poca variedades. El área de los postres 1/10 las proteínas (básico) hasta las frutas básico. Pedí un poco más de carnes y me dijeron que debía volver hacer la fila. Los restaurantes de especialidades están un poco más preparados. Aunque fuimos al asiático y nuestro show empezó 30minutos tarde. Las piscinas muy limpias...

"Beautiful hotel. Would suggest they invest in nightly entertainment for guests especially when weather isn’t the best. Dropping money in the casino every night is not ideal for all guests."
