"Our stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa was absolutely excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-kept, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The restaurant was amazing - both the food and atmosphere were outstanding. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were warm, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. Our server went above and beyond to make our dining experience special, and the bartender was fantastic as well. I wish I remembered their names because they truly made a great impression. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return!"

"This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and couldn't have found a better location...right across the street from the falls, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the cost of parking...$45/day! (CA) and this was not mentioned on the Hotels.com site that I can remember. So this was an unpleasant surprise. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much."
