"Very nice hotel! It’s in a beautiful area and convenient as well. 15 min to Niagara on the lake to the north and 10 min to the falls south. We stayed in a suit which was very pretty, bathroom was large, had an espresso machine, fridge with wine, beer and sparkling water for a fee. We also enjoyed the lounge, food was delicious! Outdoor patio is very nice as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend "

We usually stay in the Premium rooms, which are more expensive than the Deluxe and Petite Rooms. As it goes, you get what you pay for. "We had an awesome time at Colonel Butler Best Western. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. They made our special day very special. The room was small but very clean and the breakfast was good too."
"Very clean. Close to theater. Easy parking. The only negative thing was that our room was in the extension part of hotel which you needed to go up stairs to get into room. Not good for people that have mobility issues. But we were fine. "
