"The property is very nice and the rooms are very clean and well done. The staff is also very nice, I just wished there was a coffee maker in the room and/or the restaurant coffee shop opened earlier than 8 AM. Other than that the Kent Motel was great!"
"Beautiful hotel, nice big suites for a reasonable price! Parking is free, and breakfast is included and was delicious! The hotel had a few games and books you could borrow, as well as a nice outdoor space to enjoy, with a little putting area that needed some fixing, but still kept our son entertained for a short while. The pool was nice, too! Was great for a hotel, best we've stayed in for awhile. But for a Niagra Falls vacation, if wanting to use wego and see the falls attractions, we found...
"The exterior and grounds need some attention! Also, small items like the availability of an ice bucket and a firepit would be nice. Also, the room picture showed a fireplace, but it did not appear to be functional. "

"The location was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the lake. The historical home had charm and character, but also updates and amenities. Would definitely stay there again!"
"We had a great stay! We had a quick one night trip and we would have loved to stay longer! This resort area is great! The kids loved the pool, the store was nice and the entire kept up well.
Only complaint which echos some other reviews is the water is cold within minutes for the shower, however we are used to camping and expected it but these models are so large seems like a bigger hot water tank would come with them. That wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Great place! "
"Beautiful property and was convenient to everything in the area. Coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake was a joy. WiFi was not working initially but a fix was found. Property parking was a real bonus. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend The Old Bank House."
