On first impression the hotel room wasn't that clean, the carpets had a lot of stains, doors/cupboards grubby. However overall the room was huge (like a suite) and it was very easy to relax at the end of the day. The decor is very unique and interesting if you like old royal style, a bit like a castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. No mosquitos whatsoever in the hotel anywhere which is a plus! Breakfast plain and simple and suits a hotel this size. Overall very good, however the management should tidy the hotel up a bit.

5 star hotel at reasonable price tag
Nice cosy environment. Room is spacious with 2 wash basin. Bed very comfortable. Impressed with their service. Food is great and pretty reasonable. Except it takes more than 1 hour to serve dinner. Located a bit out of the way. Nothing to shop or wall around the hotel. Massage is in room and cheap.

Highly recommended
Huge, fantastic room, high ceilings, very comfortable, super clean new and well-designed. Great breakfast buffet, including eggs to order, and staff, who were very responsive. Would recommend highly. 15-20 minutes from city center, but that's a plus -- it's a respite and oasis from the city. And cabs are very inexpensive.

The hotel is recent(1 year). The rooms are very big and well decorated, but mostly, very silent (I never heard a noise). They provide you good internet and 4 bottles of water everyday. It's not exactly close to anything, but with a grab taxi you can go to the city mall paying 1€. and to city center maybe with 2-3€. At the moment the best hotel where I stayed in the last week in indonesia! quality price 10!

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. But staff need to inform the guests when someone has given the guests something at the reception. No staff informed us until our friend asked if we had received the gift he gave us from the reception. Then, we had to ask the reception to check. Other than that, everything is good.
