The staff Gadang, Dandi from house keeping and Edward from breakfast area were helpful. All staff were polite and respectful. My brother introduced Tentrem to me then I tried then I love it. Thank you for being such a great one of Indonesia 5 stars hotel. The only thing I like to suggest to have room fridge a bit cooler. The location is well outside the city but rather have it quiet than noisy. Yogyakarta is quite busy."
