"Lovely property in a great location, however a little fridge in the room should be a given in all motels these days. There is a communal guest fridge available, but not conveniently located. "

"The outside is looking a little tired but on the outside but inside it was very nice ithought i'd booked for 2 nights which is what i set up in the app but as you go further down the list of available properties it goes from 2 nights to 1 for whats available it's not very obvious until you look into what happened so what you think your paying for is a total of 2 nights is actually 1 so it's a bit of a rookie error on my part but a learning experience "

"Reviewing for a group of 3. We stayed in the family room for 1 night while visiting the nearby glow worm caves. We had a great stay. Only about 10 minutes from the caves. The property is situated on a hill, and the patio right outside our room had spectacular views of the surrounding region/mountains. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Bathroom was spacious as well. Small kitchenette had a few items as well including electric kettle, tea, coffee. Complementary breakfast...

"Beautiful place to stay, the property itself inside out and the views are amazing. Parking is well organized and safe / easy in this hilly town. Really appreciate the complimentary breakfast (cooked individually and served hot!) , and laundry facilities. While our stay there was a wine tasting opportunity (complementary!), we had fun time and made some friends with other guests. Strongly recommend everyone!"

"Very clean, great location for sightseeing. Tram route, Quake City, Memorial Wall and Botanical gardens all within easy walking distance, to name but a few. Friendly and helpful staff, although some minor communication issues. Good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and a choice of Bacon and eggs or eggs Benedict, plus juice, teas and coffees. Easy parking too. "
