Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....

Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. ...

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Clean room, very friendly staff, and doorman went above and beyond. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, the concierge was non-existent. Very disappointed in room amenities, and lack of room service.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
Upon check in they couldn’t find our reservation. There are little amenities. Expedia advertised free breakfast, but there is no breakfast. Hot water is hit or miss. Had to call maintenance to our room twice. Also, very loud!! You can hear every conversation in the halls and rooms around you.
