Alex, who checked us in, was a delight. He was so kind and helpful during our interaction and had a very positive attitude. The room was clean and a good size for NYC. In addition to the coffee amenities in the room there were also coffee amenities in the lobby.

Loveedddd the staff they made my experience amazing
My bed was clean and the shower was very nice. Amenities minimal but that's fine. There were some dusty corners if you looked closely but it was a good stay. If other guests were being loud, you could hear it in the room! The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel location is great. The employees were also great but as far as the hotel room. Had no heater which was super cold at night. The bathroom shower kept flooding. No room to put any of your belongings.
The entire facility was very clean. Good place for a nights rest. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I expected though well designed for efficiency. The hotel is a modernized boutique facility, I enjoyed the place good base camp. Though the hotel has some breakfast items for sale I would suggest several of the close by restaurants/ bagel/pizza places for food. There bar was not opened yet, adjoining a comfy lounge and patio area. Not sure how important that would be as there are many pubs in the area. The neighborhood has a family friendly feel.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. Great location and easy walk to several subway stops, restaurants, WTC, and other attractions.
I enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything that I wanted to do was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is wanting a smooth stay with plenty of amenities.
This a loft was consistent with other similar properties, its New York so it is what it is from a noise perspective.
Staff was really great though, everyone top notch, very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and the property itself was nice. However, I had an issue during check-in regarding a points promotion called “Spin the Circle to Win.” The promotion was not mentioned to me at check-in, and I only found out about it because another guest mentioned it.
When I asked the manager (Crystal Estepa) about why it wasn’t offered, she explained that staff might forget to mention promotions because they are busy handling multiple guests. I pointed out that at the time of my check-in, it was just me, so forgetting couldn’t really be attributed to being busy. The manager then became defensive when I suggested that it may have simply been overlooked.
I raised this feedback not to complain, but to help improve the experience for future guests. I recommended that the hotel put up a sign or reminder at the front desk so staff consistently mention the promotion to every guest during check-in.
I feel it’s important for management to ensure promotions like this are communicated consistently, especially when it’s a small adjustment that would make the guest experience better. While I enjoyed my stay, this part of the check-in experience left me disappointed, and I hope it’s addressed for future guests.
