"Most terrible hostel to exist. This place is a health hazard and should be removed from all booking sites. The site is completely dirty and not what was advertized in the pictures. I also found bed bugs within the first 20 mins of arrival, and another guest staying there told me she knew about the beg bugs and it took her weeks to rid them from her luggages. Princess Hostel and the manager, Alexander, actively ignored my calls and emails about a refund. They even deleted our booking from Expedia...

"Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, which is not the hostel’s fault, but it was so so hot in the rooms. My biggest concern was noise.
