"We pulled up and were a bit underwhelmed, the exterior looked worn down. Once we got inside and into the courtyard it was great. Clean, updated rooms, comfortable bed although the sheets were a bit stiff. The staff was helpful and kind and passed out cool lavender infused towels to wipe off our sweaty faces. We used the water refill station a lot! Good pool and view of the ocean."

"Very bad check in experience they made us wait for our room. Housekeeping lost an important religious item and we filed a lost item claim but I doubt we will ever see it again Very poor customer service"
