This resort needs a serious upgrade, it smells horribly , beds are not comfortable at all. A lot of problems here, only good thing is there’s a lot of pools and hot tubs to relax and enjoy.

This property is a decent place to stay. The only complaints i have is there were cocroaches in the inside pool area. The out side pool area in the evening needs someone cleaning it they have people doing it during the day. The outside hot tub needs some tlc in the one corner as well. The room was clean just needed more than 2 towels. But they were more than happy to have cleaning bring some up.

I habd a very good experience at the Landmark. The price, location and amenities made it a very good value. I stayed in room 1417, which has been remodeled recently. Excellent views, comfortable and quiet. I would ask for this one again.

Great value the price is excellent and the rooms are nice. I stayed in room 819 which seems to have been upgraded from all the rest of the rooms. Very nice very quiet and great views.

The Landmark Resort did not live up to my expectations at all. The description of the room I booked stated it would be a court yard view. The view was actually of the roof of what I am assuming was the convention center with heating/cooling units all over the top. The balcony and roof was littered with cigarette butts. When we stepped off the elevator, the rancid smell of mold and trash was enough to make you gag it was so bad. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. There is no daily housekeeping service. We had to ask for toliet paper daily since they would only allow you have have 1 roll of what had to be the cheapest toliet paper I have ever seen. We asked for clean towels and wash cloths and were told we could only have 2. While my family was at the indoor pool, we witnessed a man come through and grab another mans phone and backpack and take off running and jumped the fence outside. There were other visitors that attempted to assit in stopping the thief, but he was apparently very skilled at his chosen career path and got away. The security guard seemed to have a look of here we go again on his face once he arrived. The night we arrived it was 3 am and the guests upstairs had their music blaring. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

The heated pools were cold every one was in the hot tubs. Not enough elevators. It smelled like weed everywhere in the hotel. The fire company came 2 times in one night.

We stayed in room 446 and it had been totally remodeled. Very comfortable and beautiful. A full one bedroom. Great for the family. The latest tvs were a nice touch.

I paid for two nights and when I'm at the hotel the next day they run me out of the hotel at three in the afternoon when I paid for two nights and when I get home they keep taking money from the card and they took me out $1002 but we are solving it with the bank

We did a day getaway it was quick easy check in ocean view was nice also went to a presentation! Jeff was great got 75$ bucks so no complaints here definitely would book again and inside pool was a plus

Expedia and Landmark need to do a better job communicating with each other. Upon check-in, The Landmark had me at $80 more than Expedia's rate. I had to show them my e-mail from you before they believed me. I don't know whether this was an honest mistake on their part or whether Landmark is running some kind of scam.

To have the name resort, one would think this property would be a much better than a motel 6. This location was on the same scale as a motel 6 . Not pleased at all

Many things in the suite were damaged including the refrigerator, toilet, table. There were roaches dead and alive in the room. Not a ton but they were there. The manager Sherman was very responsive but his manager never followed up to have us moved or comped another night as we were sharing the rooms with a family of critters. The amenities are great the breakfast bar was dried out and looked recycled for almost $25 each and that was disappointing.

The room was nice and clean. Looks to have been renovated recently. The common areas appeared well used. The staff was nice and helpful. For the price and location, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is pretty gross and beat up. Bed sheets stained and all rooms were smelly. Only good service was in the tiki bar. Breakfast service slow or non at all. Couldn’t wait to go home to shower and feel clean again.

Customer service was horrible. The room had tires and chairs in the closet. Housekeeping never came during my stay. No restaurants and/or complimentary coffee, at least. They kept saying Expedia website doesn’t give the full picture. Had to put a deposit as well as pay for property fees. Totally not worth the money.

The shower head squirt water allover the place. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows the same. As big as the facility is t5here should be more hand carts, I waited for about 33 minutes be fore one was available. A number of the guest waited also.

My weekend getaway wasnt what i had hoped for, for starters my room had baby roaches in it and the pool walls were very dirty land mark needs a major overhaul, there are no signs telling you where anything is and now i habe to pay for parking, on top of that i was asked to view the new property which turned out to be a timeshare seminar which i paid 50 dols to attend and now i habe to wait 2 weeks to recieve my money back its a disaster over there, time for new management immediately!!!

It’s a very dirty place. The building smells like drugs. The price is not worth the stay. Chairs in our room were broken couldn’t call the front they don’t answer. Then they always have attitudes when u talk to them. But I must say the water pools and hot tubs are amazing. That’s it the water works make it worth it

The room itself was filthy, the smell of mold and urine hit you as soon as you walked in. The ceiling was blistering from water damage. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. The beds were sagging, worn out and the linens were paper thin. The door to the room looked tampered with as part of the door lock was torn and there was no bolt to lock. The door beside the room I had looked as if it had been kicked. The corridors leading to the room were lined with trash and smelled of a combo of urine, pot and mold. The staff were disengaged. Do not stay here.
