"All the front desk staffs are polite and helpful. They were helping me to navigate getting across from Macao to mainland China and they went extra mile to look up China speed trains between cities and which exit to take for connecting trains. They made my travels much more enjoyable and less hectic. Many thanks for their out pouring concerns for my travels with many luggage’s to handle. "

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"It was well worth the money we spent and impression we received from staying in this beautiful hotel. We celebrated my wife's birthday here and she received all the attention, care and love from the stuff not to mention two birthday cakes. Terra Mar restaurant is excellent. We Highly recommend lunch half-buffet. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully served. The pool area and hot tub is very nice and clean. Locker room with steam and dry sauna rooms was very clean and smells good. The design of the hotel is still reminding us of the glory but unfortunately getting older however still in good condition and well maintained. The Location of the hotel is very good and it is a part of the Fisherman's Warf. March is a good month to explore the surrounding areas because the weather permits and the temperature is mild perfect for walking long distances without sweating. We definitely recommend this hotel."

"It was ok. I asked for the manager but no one is available said the team crews. I was told I’m gonna get a call but no one called me. I want complain about the rude guy at the front door. They are racist to people. "

"The location is wonderful, walking distance to Central Macau tour points. The room is clean and functional (the size is small though). The window is so close to other building windows so basically you have to keep the curtain covered all the time when you're in the room. Nice white coffee packets and delicious almond cookies are provided by the hotel, a really nice touch!"
