"The whole Hotel was excellent from the greeting at the front, to the room, spa and gym facilities and the bar area. The bar staff were attentive and super friendly, the food was delicious. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is close enough to be able to comfortably walk to everything, but also has the openess to not feel like it is in the middle of a very busy city. This will be my favourite hotel in Rome."

"The location was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding with hot food, pastries, fruit, yogurt and great service by Eric! Air conditioning and heat worked well, though we didn’t need either very much. The bed was comfortable and they provided toiletries for the shower. We were happy that there was an elevator! "We booked 4 rooms, some rooms didnt have natural sunlight were too dark in the day, since there wasnt enough lighting. At night, the rooms were even darker, had trouble seeing. Shower was nice. When one of our group was to get the room key later, the staff has misplaced all the information given before, and couldn't give the key out till 20 min later. Seems like that staff was not trained well. "
