"I rate the Hyatt Centric Murano at 5 stars. The staff is very attentive. friendly, and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and serviced daily. The bedroom is located in a loft and must be accessed by a stairway. As a senior, I prefer a one-level layout, but the loft design creates a high ceiling, which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel is decorated throughout with fine glass art, which Murano artisans are famous for. The breakfast selections are outstanding, and the...

"Venice is truly a city captured in a time capsule. That was the feeling I had from the moment we arrived. We took the train from Milan to the historic heart of Venice, followed by a water taxi to the beautiful Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia.
Our water taxi pulled up to the private dock at the back of the hotel, where we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us off the boat and escorted us inside. From the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional.
The moment we...

"The staff was very helpful, and was able to arrange transportation to the airport in the very early morning. They offered a box breakfast, as we would not be able to partake in their excellent breakfast. The room was small but well done and totally functional. We also appreciated how close they are to the main train station (VSL) - just a few blocks."

"Location was great St Marks Square was 100 ft away. The included breakfast was also good.
You could also get a private water taxi right to the hotel tides permitting. Really Nice
The staff was also good.
The size of the room good. The bathroom was updated clean and the best part of the room. There was a mattress in the hallway the entire time I was there that was odd.
There were no comfortable chairs in the room only two very old very rickety strait back dinning room chairs. The bed...
