Property is close to the main ferry port, and the train terminal, and well maintained.
The worst part of our stay was that the AC was not functional. The staff told us, that the Italian government has enforced some rules regarding not turning on the AC, which seemed BS, as the AC in Rome's hotel stay was working fine (we visited Rome after Venice).
When I had asked the reception staff during the day about the AC not working, he suggested to open the windows, which we did. At night, we couldn't sleep due to insane number of mosquitoes entering our room. The windows don't have any nets. When I went to complain about it at night, the reception staff rudely told me not to try opening the windows due to mosquitoes. Surprising that their person had told me the opposite. He told me I should know what to expect. But again, AC not working, and windows not netted, is a BIG issue of this hotel.
