"My stay for 4 nights were execllent. Not much noises since the hotel is located at the back of Aiman's area. "

In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."
