Nice hotel but a bit cramped.
Great little hotel with excellent staff but definitely a few issues, mainly to do with space. The bathroom we had was super-cramped with hadly space to move. I hit my forehead on the glass shelf below the mirror/above the sink when I was freshening up in the evening, and almost again the next morning. The room itself was also smaller than expected, but adequate. Then next morning at breakfast we were given a single (two-person) table which was extremely cramped and a hassle to negotiate once the food and tea came down. Breakfast was standard enough, so no complaints there. It's also worth mentioning that the TV in the room offered the least choice of channels I've had in any hotel ever, anywhere, period, which was a bit annoying. Those gripes aside, it's a nice hotel with amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Pity about the space issues but that can't be helped I suppose. Nice view from the room we had as well. As a side issue, we originally booked for a price that in hindsight was way overpriced for what the hotel is. Pricematched through hotels.com before our stay and it wound up costing almost £40 cheaper(!!), which was definitely a fee more in line with what the stay was actually worth. We did comment to ourseves that we would have been really annoyed if we had paid the original price as it would have been way overpriced. Still, a good stay overall and recommended if you don't mind any of the above.

Great hotel with nice food and friendly staff
I booked last minute having never heard of Moville or the hotel. The town itself is quaint with a good number of walks and bars, depending on what takes your fancy. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is very modern. Food was great and breakfast delicious. Its a perfect spot for exploring West Donegal.

Stayed for 3 nights ! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay ! Brian, Brenda and the girls were fab hosts ! All the staff were very courtious and helpfull at all times . You would have to go a long long way to beat the food for both quality and presentation ! Definitly worth a visit ! You will not be dissapointed !The scenery around the area is fab . We have pencilled in another weekend already.

What a gem
This place was an absolute gem. It is the perfect cross between a b&b and a hotel. The family/staff are super welcoming and helpful. The room was beautifully renovated and could not fault it. Immaculate baby cot already set up in the room when we got there. Food in the restaurant was good value (not cheap but not outrageous either) and was so delicious that we changed our plans the next day to have lunch there as well. We were sad to only be there one night and will definitely return if we are back in the area. We were there in the dead of winter and the restaurant was still pretty busy so consider booking ahead (although they will always do their best to squeeze you in,especially if you are a guest upstairs).

Beautiful people, really nice and helpful. Several small disasters I wouldn't blame them for, but they tried very hard to make us welcome. The hotel just recently refurbished was in perfect condition and good level of comfort for the price.
