"Great house keeping, cleaning crew and front desk/concierge, ditto for the pool staff! One casino drink server crinkled their nose on a $ 3 tip to just take a overdue drink order, gave us the look. We were going to tip again upon drinks being brought over, but we passed, given the arrogance. I upgraded to a premium room for a reason, space and service. I received 3 messages prior to arriving, highlighting the noon check in - and that was a fail on that promise. I asked for my brother and myself to be given individual rooms in close proximity. One ended up in the Chelsea, the other in the Boulevard. Waiting for 4 hours, the luggage was left with the bellboy; that was good. However, a temporary access card to the pool may have been a good option. I appreciated how front desk tried to fix the issues proactively, kudos to them for that but...given the new direction of the Cosmo, I am compelled to say that I may consider giving another property a chance. Not able to check out via TV or the scan code, technology not working in my case. I did receive a small discount of the resort fee, which was a kind gesture, however, since the MGM take over, things are different. Bar staff was curteous and attentive. It seems one of those circumstances where people do their best in their job but the system is either overwhelmed or there is a staff shortage. Maybe both. Bring back the Cosmo in its glory, before 2020, that was a good measure of comparison."

"Shower head was awful, now you have to pay for parking and overall is not what it used to be."

"Poor elevator service. One family with 3 kids waiting over a hour for an elevator. We waited about 30 before deciding to take the stairs from the 6th floor but took them as far as they could go and there was not exit to outside or the Casino. We went back up to the 3rd floor and tried to catch it from there and still had to wait another 15 min before an elevator with room for the 2 of us came. How can the stairs not have an exit to outside ? Felt like we were trapped in the hotel."

"Not enough seats for the pool but was very nice. Kids and adults should be separated just because adults have beverages that are not kid friendly AT ALL. For safety, families should be separated. Just a thought. "
