Hotels near Mount Kukusan

"Staff was well trained, attentive and helpful in all areas. The property was well maintained. The villas were beautiful inside and out. The pool by the central or main building was not useful given close proximity to restaurant. The second pool was better placed. Overall, the location, staff, and property was as advertised. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It’s a very unusual location for a hotel which is quite distant on a hill with shuttle service provided to local venues and restaurants. It’s not an ideal hotel for elderly or guests with mobility issues as the rooms are high and with long flight of stairs. There two swimming pools the largest quite far to get to and with no staff. The rooms are traditional Javanese Joglos which can be quite charming for photos but very dark inside as one cannot open the windows owing the heat from outside , so...

"Absolutely loved this place! So beautiful and not far from the temple. Would suggest a tuktuk rather than walking though as even in the morning it's pretty hot. Aside from the need for air con, cannot fault this place at all. One of our favourite hotels so far on our trip!"

"La base perfecta en Borobudur. Tranquilo, bonito, con buena comida y bebida... y ademas con un anfitrión lleno de historias interesantes! Nos encantó el tour en bicicleta! Cuidado que las cosas han cambiado para acceder al templo y hay que sacar las entradas online con antelación!"

"Local people are very warm n helpful. The hotel did not provide my package with breakfast but no worries, many local foods nearby along the road which is tasty n cheep.Since I can communicate in Bahasa indo we managed to travel most of the trip on local bus n tricycle which is a big saving. But please remember to book or arrange any of transport if u intend to hang up after 5 pm. at any location. Street close by had many verities of food n item to purchase even in the night.
