Really good hotel to stay in for trip to Borobudur

The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to Borobudur. Though its a tad far from the airport (1hour drive). The freedom to walk over to Borobudur is something that I wanted and so it was good for me. The hotel bed was a tad bit moist when we were staying (could be due to moisture building up because there is no windows). But generally, the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful in trying to help us with out food as well as travel plans.

家族３人の旅行のために当初トリプル１室を予約していましたが、ベッド２台では手狭かと思い、追加でシングルルームも予約しました。しかし、現地に行ってみるとシングルはすさまじく悪環境。まるで牢獄蒸し風呂で一瞬も居られず、追加料金を払ってダブルルームに変えてもらいました。シングル以外の部屋は良好です。周辺は完全にローカルエリアなのでそういうのが好きな人には面白いかと思います。

外で買った食事を持ち帰り、フロントで電子レンジで温められないか？と聞いたところ、温めてくれた上に、わざわざお皿に移し替えてくれて、見た目をよくしてくれたこと、両替の必要があったが、両替屋まで少し距離があり、わざわざバイクの後ろに載せて連れて行ってくれたこと、すごく親切で感激しました。

Excellent location for Borobudur visit.

I had a great stay at this basic but comfortable guest house. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food menu was limited but freshly prepared and tasty food. Excellent location for Borobudur visit, I enjoyed my stay.

Can't complain more for the hotel price. Clean bed, good for short hours of sleep before seeing sunrise in Borobudur. Shower doesn't work properly, and bathroom was a bit old. You can purchase sunrise ticket at IDR 450k from the guest house directly and get free shuttle to hotel entrance, which saves you time for queuing for ticket at 4.30am.

Wonderful stay at perfect location

This was the perfect place to spend a few nights while exploring Borobudur. It was small and personal with a cheerful and helpful staff. They were happy to arrange a transfer from YOG airport as well.

Goede locatie voor een vroege trip aan de Borobudur. De kamers zien er op de foto toch echt veel aantrekkelijker uit. Op zich niets verkeerd met hygiene en netheid, maar voor deze prijs verwacht je in Indonesië toch meer van de kamer. Het personeel doet in ieder geval goed zijn best en het "westerse" eten was er onverwacht goed.

立地は最高。 ボドブドゥール遺跡に近く歩いて行ける ボドブドゥール遺跡日の出ツアーも手配、ホテルまで送迎あり ホテルの食事の金額は高め 近くにスーパーもありお酒も売ってました。 バスステーションからも１ｋｍくらい

ボロブドゥール寺院に近いです。歩いて10分以内で入口に到着します。 周囲は観光地なのでレストランもあります。 部屋は、若干年季が入っていますが十分に清潔です。 アートギャラリーのようになっているのでオシャレな感じ。 調色は5種類ぐらいから選べます。ナシゴレンからアメリカンスタイルなどいろいろありました。 ナシゴレンを頼みましたが、おいしかったです。 辛さを抑えてと言ったら、ほんの少し辛いだけで食べやすい味に調整してくれました。

Watu Agung is een superleuke en gezellige guesthouse! De kamers zijn prima. Badkamer was niet op en top, maar voldoet. Het eten is daar erg lekker en ze hebben hele leuke knusse binnenplaatsen waar je gezellig kunt zitten.

Nice environment, friendly staff, near Borobudur

Most of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and we couldn't ask for more. The room was nice and comfortable, and it's definitely a heaven for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Borobudur temple was just literally few minutes away.
