"This hotel was amazing. The staff and housekeeping were nice and exceptional. The public bath was very nice and there is a separate one for women that they keep a key for at the front. The room met my needs as the area was nice, quiet and calm. As an added bonus, you get views of Mt. Fuji almost everywhere you walk."
"It is very nice. They don’t speak English very well but they tried their best. It’s best if you can speak Japanese. The dinner and breakfast was amazing. And there is also an onsen which is great. It is a traditional ryokan so be prepared to take off your shoes. It was a bit annoying to have to wear 2 different slippers for the hallway and the bathroom which was only a few feet from my room.
