Cari Hotel di Wilayah Hokkaido

"We checked into this hotel for one night. Initially, it’s very confusing once arriving trying to find hotel entrance. For such a large hotel, it was surprisingly hard to find entrance. Hotel had 2 trainees at front desk. Everything went ok at check-in. Kind of peculiar that you are asked to pay tax at check-in but are told a receipt for the tax paid will be provided at checkout. I paid 600 yen and felt I should have been given a receipt at time of payment. Room was typical small and dated. Hot...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. It was okay. The location is decent, with a Lawson and Sukiya right next to the hotel. The bus limousine from New Chitose Airport stops right in front of the hotel. It's within walking distance to Odori and Tanukikoji. There is a hot bath available, but it requires a payment of 1000 yen. The room is quite small. However, a plus point is that there is a coin laundry service on the property, which is very convenient for travelers."

"Room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Housekeeping staff were excellent in cleaning the rooms. Breakfast had a good variety and every thing tasted fresh and delicious. However, the room air conditioning and ventilation is centrally controlled. During our stay, there was zero air conditioning and ventilation. I highlighted this to the front desk and they sent someone to check and told us that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and working as usual. But I can absolutely tell...

"This is our 2nd time of staying. Everything is great about this hotel and we will definitely be back again!"

"Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes."

"I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED with the condition of the room during my stay. With a rate of over MYR1,000 per night, the experience did not reflect the standard expected from a Crowne Plaza property. The hotel room is so small for 3 person. Can only open 1 Large luggage and need to close it to open another large luggage. The bathtub was clogged, the exhaust vent was dirty and rusted, and the grab bars in the bathroom were corroded and unhygienic. Overall, the room looked worn and poorly...

"Room is small, but clean, staff friendly and location convenient, 15 minutes walk to JR train station, 10 - 15 minutes to shopping ."
