"The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!"

"We've spent 1 night at the hotel and appreciated the comfy bed and pillows, and luggage storage option in the lobby. It was a bit weird the bathroom setup: sink in the main area and shower and toilet only having non-transparent glass walls, but fine for 1 night."

"Todo el personal de recepción súper atentos, Victor un chico increíble, nos dio recibió y despidió . Es notorio que a los 3 chicos les gusta su trabajo . Nos resguardaron las maletas antes del check in y check out . Volveríamos por la atención recibida , la habitación limpia aunque el sofá un poco manchado ( sugiero enviarlo limpiar ) El baño limpio . Se escucha un poco de ruido . "
