"The good: This hotel is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable and, the first night, very quiet. The tiny town is charming, an architectural throwback. Nice bakery across the street. The not so good: The hotel has no staff on site - literally never saw an employee. Since I had no cell phone service in the entire area and the hotel has no landline phones accessible by guests, the only way to communicate was via internet. "The rooms are clean and the price is right! While located about a mile from the center of Healdsburg, there is a nice nature trail that takes you right into town if you want to walk. This spot is also so close to many wineries and we were able to uber everywhere. There are not great amenities and you can tell this is a glammed up Best Western, but the upgrades are nice, the staff is friendly and if all you need is somewhere to rest in between wine tastings, this place is great."

"It's an average place to stay. It's located in aa good area. Park across the street. Luther Burbank Home and Garden across the street the other way. Around the block is the art district and a coffee house. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast sucks so don't even bother. There is a cafe across the street. The rooms are the bare minimum. The staff is very friendly. It's a funky place to stay with a nice garden court if you are tired of corporate motels. "

They assured us that we had no reservation and nothing was now available. So we stayed elsewhere. But surprise, when we got home we were billed for a room at homes2 Suites. I feel they stole $200 from us by not truly checking for our reservation. Worthless front desk staff."
