"Everything about this Hotel is perfect I almost want to hate keep because it’s so good!!! It’s close to the metro it’s close to the Vatican it’s close to one of the BEST gelato spots in ROME they have breakfast they are so nice helpful and sweet I know for a fact when I return I’m booking here again there really isn’t any other place I would stay honestly this Hotel is everything and more I would give it 10 stars but we can’t and I also Didn’t want to put a great review but this place has earned it in my eyes it really isn’t a great place!! Trust me you will not regret it"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. One guy made sure we got our breakfast order in for the next day even though we didn’t make the 930 PM cutoff to order. Even with the noise on the streets the room was very quiet except for the noisy guests who were having loud conversations in the hallway one morning. The room was very clean. The AC was a nice break from the very hot temperatures outside. My only complaint was when we arrived and there was no clear directions on which buzzer to use to allow entrance to the building. I would definitely stay here again."

"Antonella, the property manager was very helpful, especially in arranging my transportation to the cruiseport in Civitavecchia. Her staff, Joseph, Sandra and Adriano were also available to lend a helping hand - fro the time I checked in to check out!! I will definitely stay here again and let my good friends know too. The location is convenient to the Vatican (specifically ST. Peter's Basilica), within walking distance to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps. There were a d=good selection of eating places!"

"Positives: Great location, a few minutes walk from Spanish steps. Room was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Cafe next door lovely for an early morning coffee if you were up before breakfast like us! Negatives: we have a queen room which was in an alternative building. This was only around the corner but the building had a lift and the rooms, no other facilities or services. Breakfast and bar at main hotel. We paid to upgrade our room to one with a terrace which was nice. The room itself was tiny. Whilst this wasn’t a problem in itself there was nowhere to store our clothes other than a small wardrobe. No drawers. Also no sockets next to bed which was a bit of a problem due to medical equipment needed in the night."
